a. An officer may be exempt from this rule if they are a graduating senior enrolled in the required amount of credit hours to complete their degree and are involved in at least one other on-campus activity, granted they meet all other requirements for the officer position.

Should the office of Student Body President become vacant, the Student Body Vice President shall become President.

Should the office of Vice President, LSM President, or YAC President become vacant, the President shall nominate a replacement who fulfills the qualifications for office and who shall take office upon confirmation by a two-thirds vote of the entire Senate.
