Chairman Ko: Since some people are absent, I'll fill in. FAC has the club funding finance meeting at 1pm in the Steudler Lounge. Elections are pretty much the same as last year, we'll need help

VP Byrne: Please pleaase please come to club funding. It takes either 2 hours with three people or a lot less with more.

New Business:

LSM presents their budget to the student senate

YAC presents their budget to the student senate

Automatic allocation bill is brought up and granted.

YAC additional allocation bill is brought up and granted.

LSM additional allocation bill is brought up and granted.

PPT Farmer: Are we taking their amount out of the total club funding budget?

VP Byrne: Yes

PPT Farmer: Will they still be in the main bill?

VP Byrne: No, it's just to avoid confusion.

Announcements:

VP Byrne: Is there a YAC event?

Carter Horton: Silent Disco at 8:17 in the library since we need to wait until they're closed.

Chairman Ko: Update on the quesadillas?

VP Byrne: We talked to Ms. Cobb about it. She said that the wait times were a big issue last semester, so they precook them now to save time.
