Senator Hammers: I noticed that you were renting tables? I think it would help your profit and loss if you just bought them.
Bronwyn: We do have access to tables. It is just that we need extra tables for just one event, which is Stomp.
Senator Hammers: Where are the tacos stored? Is there room?
Bronwyn: Dog house, and we actually share the tables, so I will have to talk to facilities about details.

LOUD Bill (v2) brought up
LOUD Bill (v2) passes
VP Hancock: For context, we had a bill last semester trying to increase engagement a bit with senate. We were originally going to do cardboard cutouts, but it became the first bill vetoed by the president in anyone's memory because he thought it could get stolen. This is a simpler version of that bill. If anything happens to the box or signs, I will hunt people down.
New Business:
YellowJacket Racing Sponsorship bill brought up
Senator Toce: I'm the graphic designer for the team, so if anyone is interested in the branding, I can show them later.
PPT Farmer: Motion to amend the bill to 1800
Chairman Smith: Why?
PPT Farmer: I've seen your budget, and I think you can do live with $1800.
VP Hancock: I can't hear Jason. Farmer's phone is bad. What is this?
PPT Farmer: iPhone SE
VP Hancock: An SE?
Senator Byrne added to roll.
VP Hancock: Did you run to get here?
Senator Byrne: I accelerated significantly. Can we do $2500?
VP Hancock: I like them, they do work.
Senator Byrne: We also got 40K in donations if you include material/part donations.
Amended YJR Sponsorship bill passes at $2500.
Senator Byrne: Game camera's here by the way.
VP Hancock: Set it up for me
Senator Byrne: I was gonna set it up and then show you
VP Hancock: Works for me.
Senator Byrne: You still owe me a duck mask.
VP Hancock: I'll have a bill written or buy you one myself.

VP Hancock: There's a YAC event tomorrow, what is it?
Bronwyn: White Out.
VP Hancock: There's also a puzzle thing, right? Oh never mind that's just the Trinities and Gilbert.
Open Forum:
Chairman McNeil: Reminder that we're trying to increase participation this year, so volunteering will get you points on the attendance sheet.
VP Hancock: Some of us are also meeting with facilities in the coming weeks. We will try to discuss what we talked about last session, but if there are any new issues, let us know.
