The Debatable Funding Bill of Spring 2021

Relating to the allocation of funds for the purchase of decoration and refreshments for both election debate events.

Be it enacted by the LeTourneau University Student Senate

Short Title

Section A.

This act may be referred to as the "Debatable Funding Bill of Spring 2021".

Appropriations

Section B.

1. A total of five hundred dollars ($500) shall be allocated for the purchase of pizza, chips, and soda as well as decorations and posters for the evenings of the debates.

2. All funds not used in this manner shall revert to the Senate General Fund.

Effective Date

Section C.

This act shall become effective upon passage or upon the consumption of the first pepperoni whichever comes first.
