Relating to the awarding of floor funds to the winners of the Fall Semester Attendance Competition.

Be it enacted by the LeTourneau University Student Senate

Short Title

Section A.

This act may be referred to as the "Senate Attendance Competition Award Bill of Fall 2024."

Appropriations

Section B.

1. A total of three hundred ($300) dollars will be allocated to the floor funds of the first floor of Tyler Hall East, referred to as Dorm4.

2. A total of three hundred ($300) dollars will be allocated to the floor funds of the second floor of Tyler Hall East, referred to as Club.

3. A total of three hundred ($300) dollars will be allocated to the floor funds of the third floor of Tyler Hall East, referred to as 3B.

4. A total of three hundred milliseconds (300ms) will be taken as a moment of silence for the fourth floor of Tyler Hall East, referred to as 4B - deemed inactive for the semester.

Effective Date

Section C.

This act shall become effective upon passage.

Stipulations

Section D.

1. The funds appropriated in this bill will be used to award Tyler Hall East for winning this semester's Senate Attendance Competition, meaning that they had the most Senators present and in attendance during sessions and bringing awareness to the organization.
