Relating to the purchasing of Valentine's Day snacks and accessories to supplement Friday Ice Cream.

Be it enacted by the LeTourneau University Student Senate

Short Title

Section A.

This LeTourneau Ornate Valentine's Event Bill may be referred to as the "LOVE Bill of Spring 2025." 

Appropriations

Section B.

1. A total of two hundred ($200) dollars shall be allocated from the Senate General Fund for the purchase candy and decorations for Valentine's Day, on Friday, February 14th.

2. All funds not used in this manner shall revert back to the Senate General Fund

Effective Date

Section C.

This act shall become effective immediately upon passage.

Explanations and Reasoning

Section E.

Valentine's Day can bring people together on a campus (allegedly) with a lot of single people. This is an easier way to do something instead of nothing this year.
