Explanations and Reasoning
Section D.
This bill provides support to those isolated due to COVID-19 precautions. It will be used to provide emotional support through delicious foods. Due to the effectiveness of the ISN over the 2020-2021 school year with supporting students in isolation and quarantine on-campus, as well as the recent spike in contact traced students over the past couple weeks, funding the ISN would assist these students with meal and snack runs, as well as provide encouragement and peace of mind for students in this hard time.
